In the context of the standard first quota (130 Credits), a single Control Pad can contribute approximately 36.9% of the total requirement. While not decisive on its own, it remains a solid component of a diversified scrap haul. For late-game quotas (1000+), it should be viewed as supplementary income.

Standard safety protocols apply to the Control Pad. SAFETY NOTE: This item is highly conductive. During Stormy conditions, the Control Pad can attract lightning. Carrying it outdoors may trigger an immediate run-risk event. Standard protocol: drop the item when you hear static discharge, create distance, wait for the strike, then retrieve. Alternatively, use the "drop-walk-drop" method for safer transport. Additionally, because it requires two hands, your interaction speed is reduced: doors, ladders, and quick tool swaps become less reliable while transporting it.
