LOGISTICS ANALYSIS
Logistically, the Cash Register is a low-efficiency pick. With a poor return of only 1.4 credits per pound, it drains stamina disproportionately to its market value. In high-quota runs (1000+), veteran employees often leave this behind in favor of lighter, denser loot unless it is the only asset available to meet the immediate deadline.
In the context of the standard first quota (130 Credits), a single Cash Register can contribute approximately 92.3% of the total requirement. Finding just one of these can stabilize the first cycle significantly. For late-game quotas (1000+), it should be viewed as a core asset.
Standard safety protocols apply to the Cash Register. SAFETY NOTE: This item is highly conductive. During Stormy conditions, the Cash Register can attract lightning. Carrying it outdoors may trigger an immediate run-risk event. Standard protocol: drop the item when you hear static discharge, create distance, wait for the strike, then retrieve. Alternatively, use the "drop-walk-drop" method for safer transport. Additionally, because it requires two hands, your interaction speed is reduced: doors, ladders, and quick tool swaps become less reliable while transporting it.
